The orientation program is designed to support new students as they begin their journey at St.Vincent Pallotti College. During the course of program, we gradually introduce new students to life at the college, from academics and community norms to resources and support services. Orientation is important because it lays a foundation for the new student’s entire career with the department. These formative days are not only meant to be educational; they are also meant to be fun. Our Cultural Committee Members designed innovative and entertaining activities for new students to learn more about each other while familiarizing themselves with Pallotti College. The program was started with the introduction of our Director Rev. Fr. Shanti Prakash Panna, Principal Dr. Kuldeep Dubey, Vice Principal Dr. G Padma Gouri, Head of all the Departments and all the teachers. Our Director Rev. Fr. Shanti Prakash Panna, Principal Dr. KuldeepDubey & H.O.D Mr. Vaibhav Shrivastava (Commerce & Management) addressed the students with their glorious words and they also shared some useful information with the students. Also, a beautiful PowerPoint presentation was created and displayed to relive the memories of various intercollegiate events, hikes, picnics and other activities held over the previous years. The program was followed by friendship day celebration. True friendship is a way of being mutually lovable to each other! In fact every flourishing relationship has a whiff friendship into it. It's that transparent and lucid bond between two people where both of the participants are able to share every subtle thing cooking inside the mind even if it is not worth it. And in that way it's indeed important to maintain true friendship in any relationship. Our college every year celebrates this day to make new comers more comfortable. To celebrate the same a cultural program was organized by Cultural Committee headed by Mrs. Pooja Rathi, where the students came dressed in ‘colorful attire’ to attend the Friendship day celebration and various games with spot prizes were organized. Students put up brilliant dance performances and sang popular songs to celebrate Friendship Day. At end of the event, vote of thanks was extended to conclude the program.
